Die-casting is a casting process in which the liquid alloy is pressed
under high pressure into the mold cavity of split permanent metal
molds, where it solidifies.
This technology makes it possible to manufacture complex, thin-
walled castings of high surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
The very good mechanical properties and the low material usage
represent the special technical and economic advantages of this
process. This is how we ensure a resource-saving, efficient and
low-waste production.
The corresponding steel molds and processing tools are manu-
factured in our own mold shop. Following our company philosophy,
we source the alloys from well-known steel works exclusively from
Germany, which ensures the high quality of our products.
